Hello. I'm David Windle, a primary school teacher and writer working in London.

All of the poems here are written for use in the classroom. Some have guided reading comprehensions with them. Feel free to download and use as you wish. However, if you wish to republish them anywhere, please get in touch.

If you’d like to have your say about the poems here you can add a comment to any of the poems; you can say what you like or dislike about a poem, or you can write your own poem in response. If you’ve thought seriously about your comment, then I will publish it on Primary Poems.
